Broadband Bill Payment GuideLine

There are two steps in Broadband Bill Payment.



Step 1: Bill Remider SMS Receiving
Step 2: Make bill payment through your Wave Account or nearest Wave Money Shop

Bill Remider SMS Receiving


Bill Reminder SMS will be sent with both English and Burmese version in 7 days,3 days, and 1 day advance before pay due date.

Make bill payment through your Wave Account or nearest Wave Money Shop

It has two options:

  • If you choose to pay through Wave Account (Option-1),bill paying is free.
  • If you choose to pay through Wave Money Shop (Option-2), you have to give transfer fee to this shop.

Option 1:

If you choose to pay through Wave Account (from your Wave Account to Telenor BroadBand Wave Account)


Please do the following steps:
  • Login to your Wave Account (mobile number that is used for logging to Wave Account must be the same as number registered in Telenor Broadband) and choose " Send Money".
  • Enter the Telenor BroadBand Wave Account number (09797118888) or select Telenor Broadband from your contact list.
  • Enter amount of money to send (exact amount of your bill)
  • Confirm the information you provided and enter your PIN number
  • Wait to receive a confirmation notification on your App and SMS from Wave Money that the money was sent.
  • Bill Receipt SMS will be sent from Telenor Broadband to notify that your bill payment is well receive .
    If you don't receive Bill Receipt SMS within three days, please contact to "09797998888"

For customers who make bill paying through Wave Account (Customer's Wave Account to Telenor Broadband Wave Account)

How to register a Wave Account

  • Download the "Wave Money App" from Google Play or Wave Money website.

  • Install and open Wave Account if you are a Telenor user. Call Wave Money Call Centre (900 for Telenor customer &09790009000 for non-Telenor customer) for assistance.

How to deposit money into your Wave Account

  • Download the "Wave Shop Locator App" to find a Wave Shop near you or call Wave Money call Centre.
  • Visit a Wave Shop and tell the agent at the shop that you need to Cash-in (Deposit Money ) to your Wave Account.
  • Give the agent your Wave Account mobile phone number
  • Tell the agent the amount you want to Cash-in. It should be at least as much as your Telenor Broadband bill.
  • Confirm the information with the agent.
  • .Wait to receive a confirmation SMS including transaction ID for the money you Cash-in to your account and check your balance.
  • Give the agent cash same amount as you cahs-in.

Option 2:

If you choose to pay through Wave Money Shop (from WaveShop to Telenor Broadband Wave Account)


Please do the following steps:
  • Tell Shop Agent that you will make bill payment into Telenor Broadband Wave Account by showing received Bill Remider SMS
  • Give your mobile number to the Agent (this mobile number must be the same as number registered in Telenor Broadband)and your NRC/Passport number
  • Tell the Agent that Telenor Broadband Wave Account Mobile Number is "09797118888"
  • Tell the Agent the exact amount of your bill to send
  • Confirm the information with Agent
  • Wait to receive a confirmation SMS from Wave Money that the money was sent.
