To perform activities to support rollout of new branded outlets and of existing outlets, including building and maintaining of retail’s visual elements (such as touch-points decoration and design), in order to support achievement of retail target and to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy, as well as to ensure compliance with policies, regulations and corporate governance


Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
  • Understand rollout store operations policy and procedures and ensure alignment and compliance with Telenor Group’s overall direction, standards and governance
  • Responsible for location acquisition and contract management for new outlets with related functions’ support
  • Coordinate key activities with Shop Design and Visual Merchandising, and monitor the installation process of supporting branding materials/decorations, and device docking stations for branded outlets
  • Monitor and support the construction of new outlets, and renovation of outlets to ensure the compliance with the design and the cost efficiency
  • Perform activities to monitor processes of transferring new outlets to operational functions as well as of de-installation of branded outlets according to outlet strategy
  • Perform activities in roll out and renovation budget management
  • Conduct documentation and reports regarding shop design and visual merchandising
  • Track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes of shop design and visual merchandising, as well as coordinating trainings to relevant functions
  • Perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking organizations and collect feedbacks from relevant parties and perform in-depth analysis
  • Identify and respond appropriately to patterned issues regarding corporate communication
  • Report issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist senior members to perform conventional assignments or to identify and respond generic, basic issues, in order to ensure better understand of the processes for future references
  • Contribute, if needed, to the implementation of small, low complexity strategic project, which is simple and specific in nature, under guidance, in order to support senior members in the documentation or reporting of performance
  • Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve patterned problems
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.


  • Any graduates.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of the local market.
  • Good working knowledge level of English language in Reading, Writing, and Speaking
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Proactive and result-oriented team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to deliver tasks on time and on track under continuous pressure
