CAREER OBJECTIVE

Being a company ambassador to the general public, visitors, and customers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, directing them to the office
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Maintain a good product knowledge and updating all information in front desk
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Check any messages /tele /fax/mail to pass to the guest concerns
  • Well organized filing, keeping a tidy work area, proper recording of important contact details
  • Check all visitor Card and inform to Facility Officer if there are any missing/ leaking cards to follow up
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Assist the visitor for any appointment with management for business
  • Ensure effective communication between themselves and all others in department
  • Handle front office operations & understand office procedures
  • Keep the front desk/counter clean well and tidy
  • Work additional responsibilities upon requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate/ Diploma in any relevant
  • Culturally aware with experience of working with multi-cultural workforce preferred
  • Previous working experience in similar position would be a plus
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written with good personal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication (interpersonal skill)
  • Good sense of priorities and ability to take initiative
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
