Head of Regional Marketing

CAREER OBJECTIVE

To lead Marketing, Marcom & Trade Promotion at Region with the objective of achieving Regional Revenue and Brand KPIs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
  • Development & implementation of Customer interfacing, Marketing, Marcom & Trade Promotion plan for the Region and compliance.
  • Implementation of Region’s communication plans to ensure awareness of new product launches.
  • Plan and execute business promotion schemes for the product profile, product positioning & brand visibility in the Region’s market.
  • Enable achievement of subscriber and Business targets for the Region.
  • Provide inputs for strategy and business planning. Coordination between Region and Central Team. Develop Region’s strategies and business plans in line with the overall business plans.
  • Developing and acquiring of identified skill set to meet planned business objectives of the Region.
  • Performance tracking and appraisal of direct team (Marketing, Marcom and Trade Promotion) and provide inputs for shared support functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree. Master/Diploma in marketing or business administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing with 5 years of supervisor experience
  • Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative
  • Ability to work under continuous pressure
  • Good knowledge of current marketing trends
  • Strong leadership, communication, sales, presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge level of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  • Standard knowledge of MS Office Applications
