Expert, Technical Solution Management


To provide complex activities in the process of developing and enhancing distributor capabilities in all aspects, to ensure distributor operate their business effectively, as well as act as representative of Telenor Myanmar to establish relationship with an authorized distributor, in order to achieve performance targets.


  • Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
  • Act as the key technical person to develop and provide solutions to fulfil the client’s requirement during pre and post sales.
  • Be part of the wholesale team to develop business opportunities through cost effective and innovative technical solutions.
  • Be responsible with the account management team to achieve revenue targets set by the company.
  • Prepare the necessary budgets and investment approvals to realize the technical solutions.
  • Perform as the technical focal person to the clients to resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the service by interacting and coordinating internally with the related teams in the organization.
  • Perform as the technical lead in developing cross-border products with other Telenor Group of companies and affiliates.
  • Work together with Technology teams and external partners to address any issues arise from this business portfolio.
  • Set new processes, Way of Work and continuous improvement in ensure quick time to market and best in class customer journey.
  • Manage the overall of end-to-end product lifecycle management activities to ensure alignment with defined strategy and cost efficiency.
  • Work together with Technical team in the project and Telenor Myanmar IT team to define Provisioning, CRM, BSS requirements.
  • Be accountable for other certain related works as assigned from immediate superior level.


  • Bachelor Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Telecommunications Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecommunication industry, especially transport planning and implementation.
  • Outgoing and comfortable to interact with external customers when dealings with technical solutions.
  • Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, cross-functional interaction, can do attitude and efficient communications both English and Myanmar
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
