CAREER OBJECTIVE

Develop Digital Services and Partnerships as well as perform activities in regards to strategic objectives linked to digitalization, internet and digital services, digital service enablers for driving organization KPIs such as digital KPIs, active users, revenue, market share, strategic goals and tasks to gain competitive advantage.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the Market positioning for Apps and digital self care assets.
  • Identify potential partners/service provider/startup to build partnerships.
  • Identify, evaluate and acquire partners/vendors to develop digital services and subsequently design, develop, test, trial and launch these services with IT and Network teams.
  • Research and analysis for continuously gathering and compiling market needs and customer expectations.
  • Closely work with Telenor Group and other Telenor BUs for strategic direction and alignment on assigned projects for digitalization and partnerships.
  • Prepare and update roadmaps for ensuring smooth execution in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Assess the value proposition of the product and services offered and help developing and managing/enhancing the services further.
  • Provide direction and support in conducting of service profitability and investment analytics in relation to digital services to ensure that product are performing in regards to plan and objectives
  • Decide on the methodologies and techniques to be used, identify risks and determine how to approach and complete tasks, in order to successfully achieve targets and goals.
  • Advise management and set objectives and direction, in regards to own area of expertise, in order to support management in decision making processes
  • Participate in business planning process and proactively identifies opportunities to advance the success of the business
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

EDUCATION

  • Engineering / Computer Science / Business IT along with MBA preferred
  • Understanding of App Economy,
  • Digital change management,
  • Willingness to go extra mile to deliver a great customer experience,
  • Good English speaking and writing skills,
  • Good at Powerpoint and Excel,
  • Easy Going and team player.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in digital functions in Telco,
  • media, entertainment,
  • software/app based industry,
  • app startup,
  • Social Media company,
  • Digital Agency,
  • Business development functions are preferred,
  • Understanding of Myanmar digital Eco-system is a plus.
