- The STAR status will be updated on the 2nd of every month & once given, it will be valid for 3 months.
- Once a customer becomes STAR member, his/her STAR status will be valid for 3 months. The STAR Status will be reviewed every month.
- For the downgrade case, STAR status will not be changed for 3 months even he is downgrade based on his usage-network age matrix.
- For the upgrade case, the STAR status will be changed on monthly basis.
