You can top up your phone bill using your bank/ATM cards (Visa, Master, MPU), 123 OTC payment, mobile wallets (WavePay, OK$, MAB), Wallet (Wave Money, True Money, OK $, Myan Pay, Easy Pay, We Chat), Bank App ( KBZ, CB, AYA, YOMA, MAB, One Pay (AGD) ) and Chain Store (City express, ABC, G&G, One Stop).

How much does it cost to top up balance using online payment services?

Currently Telenor doesn’t charge any additional fee for using online payment methods to top-up prepaid and postpaid numbers.

How can I top up balance?

You can top up/recharge balance by following these steps:

  1. Go to MyTelenor app or Telenor website
  2. Click top-up
  3. Enter any Telenor number/MSISDN or choose any Telenor number in your contact list
  4. Choose other
  5. Select amount to top up
  6. Click “Top-up” button
  7. Select payment method and Fill up the detail
  8. Click “Pay with

Is there any promotion for using aggregated online payment services?

No promotion is available now.

Can I top up balance using any of aggregated online payment services for other Telenor number?

Yes, you can. You can select any Telenor number from your contact list which you want to top up. For user guide, please go back to question 4 and tutorial videos provided at.

How do I know that I top up successfully or not?

You will receive confirmation SMS after successful top-up. And depending on the payment method you use, you may receive a notification of successful payment for the transaction.

How can I check my balance?

You can check your balance at MyTelenor app or Telenor website. You can also dial *124# to check the remaining balance.

Where can I download MyTelenor app?

The brand new MyTelenor app can be downloaded easily from both App Store or Google Play Store or just by scanning the following QR code.
