When your main balance is 200 Ks or less, you have the option to take a loan and repay back it with a service fees when you top up next. In order to obtain emergency credit balance, customer should be the active user on Telenor SIM at least 30 days and have used a minimum 3000 Ks from main balance and repaid all the previous loans.

For 900 Ks and 1600 Ks and 2400 Ks, a service fee of 60 Kyats (inclusive of commercial tax) will be charged.
