Only paying and active customers can get unlimited access iflix subscription. When customers stop paying the monthly broadband charges, they will be redirected to the regular iflix screen. Once the customers resume payment, they will get unlimited access iflix subscription.

Maximum concurrent device users are 5 people.

If 2 and 6 Mbps customers want to have iflix, they should migrate to new plans.

(1) What kind of service does Telenor Broadband provide?

Telenor Broadband provides affordable, worry-free and future proof broadband.

(2) Is service available during power outage?

Telenor Broadband has a local power back up that guarantees that the service can be delivered during a power outage of up to 8 hours. (Getting power for router, that creates wifi, is customers' responsibility to enable wireless services to work)

(3) As future proof, how does Telenor Broadband guarantee for high quality and service?

Telenor Broadband will be installed with a fiber connection that can handle speeds up to 1 Gigabit. This means that Quality and Speed guarantees ability for gaming, watching streamed TV/movies.

(4) How different is your fiber broadband from the wifi I’m using?

Very, Telenor Broadband has a dedicated speed only for you and you can connect a cable in your outlet/router to guarantee the best speed. In your own wifi you will also be able to decide the amount of users on your connection. The router is also much closer to you which is important as all walls and distance has a negative impact on the quality of the service.

(1) How many plans are available in Telenor Broadband?

Available plans in Telenor Broadband are 5Mbps, 10Mbps and 15Mbps.

(2) How is network stability? How many users can you support for 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 15 Mbps?

The network is very stable and the speed to the router will always be the same, you can connect many users to the router but more users will affect the experience for each user.

(3) Is your plan unlimited?

Yes, you may use as much data as you want but you are not allowed to share or resell the service.

(4) How much can surf with Telenor Broadband?

“Can surf as much as you want”

  • With Telenor Broadband you can surf as much as you like in the speed that you have chosen for your service.

  • All customers get a Wifi router that enables customers to do mobile surfing as well as fixed surfing using a cable to a computer or other device.

(5) Can several users simultaneously use?

"Yes, Telenor Broadband services are offered in different speeds and different prices. For different price plans of services – will have different ability for number of people that can use service.


(1) What are the prices of 5Mbpss, 10Mbps and 15Mbps plans?

50,000MMK for 5Mbps plan and 99,000MMK for 10Mbps plan and 149,000MMK for 15Mbps

(2) Is the price inclusive of tax?

Yes, price is inclusive of tax.

(3) Are there annual charges needed to pay for service?

There are no annual charges for Telenor Broadband services.

(4) Do I need to pay for the device (router, cable)?

There is no charge for the router if the customer chooses to start paying for Telenor Broadband service. If the customer chooses not to subscribe Telenor Broadband service anymore, Telenor has the right to collect the router.

(5) Do I need to pay extra charges if I want to relocate Wifi router? And how long does it takes for relocation?

"Telenor makes Wifi router installation at customer preferred place only in one time with free of charges. If you want to relocate router to another location, you may have to pay charges (for materials in cable extension and reinstallation). Telenor Broadband will make wifi relocation within 7 days after getting informed by customer."

(6) Do I have to pay visiting fee when technical team comes and solves internet connection problem?

You may not need to pay if technical fault is happened at Telenor side/by Telenor. You might have to pay visiting fee if it occurs that problem is caused by user error (like cable/router damage, cable loosing by users)


(1) Is Telenor Broadband service is Prepaid or Postpaid subscription?

Telenor Broadband service is Prepaid subscription for now.

(2) In which kind of situation, my subscription will be suspended or terminated?

If you don't make bill payment till your pay due date, your subscription will be suspended. Your subscription will be terminated automatically if your subscription suspended period is 3 months long.

(3) What is the minimum period we must use before suspension/termination?

The service will work for the time customer subscribes. But the service will shut down automatically if customer chooses to stop paying.

(4) How many types bill payment solutions are provided for Telenor Broadband customers?

"There are two bill payment solutions for Telenor Broadband customers.
Option 1: Paying over the counter
Option 2: Paying through 1-2-3 Service"

(5) How long does it takes to reopen internet line for suspended customers after payment?

  • If you pay through 1-2-3 service, your line will be reopened within 3 hours in the same day.

  • If you pay through Wave Money, your line will be reopened in next following day around 1pm (pay in weekdays) or in next 3 days around 1pm (pay in weekends).



(1) When will you start installation at my home?

Installation for new building will be happened within a month after signing up Telenor Broadband service subscription for new building. If your building already has installeded Telenor Broadband service, installation will be happend within 14 days.

(2) How long does it take for installation in apartment?

The installation in your apartment takes between 1-4 hours

(3) My house is very old. I don’t want to drill my wall. Can we go ahead without drilling?

Telenor will provide an installation with the least impact as possible on your house and if drilling is not possible we will try to find another solution to install the services


(1) How should I do for ownership change?

Please do the following steps:

  1. Call to Telenor Broadband call center: 09797998888 and inform that you want to change customer's name for registration.

  2. Provide your email address

  3. Telenor Broadband will send CAF(Customer Acceptance Form) and Installation Agreement form via email

  4. Fill CAF form and Installation Agreement form with the name that you want to register and send back to Telenor Broadband together with

(2) What will happen if I move to new house? Can I continue to use your broadband in other area?

As this is a Fixed service and it is specifically connected to your house/apartment which means that it is not possible to move. If you move to another place where Telenor is providing fixed services, then you will be able to subscribe from there as well

(3) Is there compensation if downtime is very long? What will you do for us when your network is down for a very long period?

If network is down for a long time (longer then a week) there will be a compensation for paying customer. Actual terms will be presented in the contract that will be used if customer wants to sign for a service after the trial period.C66

(4) What are the hours of operation for Telenor Broadband Call Center?

Telenor Broadband Call Center is available from 7am to 8pm on every day.
