Telenor Myanmar Limited (“Telenor”) is holding a series of ‘SIM Registration Days’ in 6 regions, 4 states and Nay Pyi Taw in December. Telenor introduces weekly and monthly ‘SIM Registration Days’ in different parts of the country to inform users registration benefits and help them get registered on the spot.
Registration day in Yangon will be held on 14 December. During December, employees of Telenor and its distributors will hold registration days in close to 800 cities and villages in Nay Pyi Taw, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Tanintharyi, Magway and Sagaing regions, and Mon, Kayin, Kachin and Rakhine states.
On ‘SIM Registration Days’ Telenor staff are out on the streets, engage directly with customers, explain registration process and benefits, and help users to register right away. Via these channels, users can not only easily register their SIM but also help register mobile numbers of their family members and friends on behalf if they have required documents alongside and active SIM for accepting verification code. In addition, Telenor will soon introduce online facility for SIM ownership change.
