Telenor offers privileges to loyal customers with STAR program

  • Star program offers a series of benefits and privileges to Telenor customers based on their STAR tier; Silver, Gold or Platinum
  • Benefits include discounts and offers from a wide range of Telenor partners and other special privileges
  • Customers can check their STAR status and the available privileges by dialing *2345# or sending ‘STAR’ to 2345 or via My Telenor app

Telenor Myanmar celebrated the launch of Telenor STAR program in order to acknowledge and appreciate its high value customers by offering them with a series of privileges and benefits.

 

 

Each and every prepaid customer who has been using Telenor’s services for six months or longer, with a certain minimum usage will automatically attain Telenor STAR status. There will be three tiers under STAR status – Silver, Gold and Platinum based on both the length of stay with Telenor and the average spending of last three months by each customer. All service consumptions including voice, sms and data will be considered. The STAR status will be updated on the second day of every month. Once a customer achieve STAR status, his/her STAR status will be valid for three months and can be checked in several ways; either by dialling *2345# or sending ‘STAR’ to 2345 or via My Telenor app.

Under the STAR status, customers can enjoy a series of special privileges according to their STAR tiers. The benefits includes privileged service at Telenor branded shops, free call to Telenor Call Center, special discounts on various products and services including Remax and Telenor accessories at Telenor branded shops, public transportations (e.g. Oway), online shopping (e.g. shop.com.mm), restaurants (e.g. Pizza Hut, Manhattan fish Market, Hard Rock Café), hotels (e.g. Avenue 64), and gyms (e.g. Balance Fitness). Moreover, the STAR customers can exclusively subscribe special Kyo Thone which is three times more than the normal amount by dialling *2400#.
