Telenor brings its latest innovative app for customers to easily access all available benefits and offers

  • MyTelenor app is upgraded as more user-friendly and one-stop platform to manage all Telenor utilities, services and promotions
  • Customers can enjoy many more benefits including data bonus from ‘Shal Shake’ and also to utilize the brand new recharge system using international payment cards

In order to provide the customers with more convenient and easily accessible one-stop experience, Telenor Myanmar has upgraded its MyTelenor App to a new version (3.0) with many more exciting features, designs and offers. Starting from today, the customers can download or update their MyTelenor app from application stores and start managing all of Telenor services and promotions conveniently.

What’s new in MyTelenor 3.0?

In addition to a new app launcher with simple and easily accessible interface, MyTelenor App 3.0 provides the customers with data bonus from its brand-new feature; Shal Shake. According to the app’s slogan “Do More to Get More”, customers can win data bonus from 100 MB up to 100 GB from ‘Shal Shake’ feature every time they purchase a Data Suboo pack of 700 MB on MyTelenor App. After purchasing the Data Suboo Pack, ‘Shal Shake’ pop-up appears and they will have a chance to shake the phone and win the bonus data. ‘Shal Shake’ is an introductory offer to the customers coming along with MyTelenor 3.0 until March 7th, 2019.

Another unique function added in My Telenor App 3.0 is the new top-up payment system which accept recharge through bank cards including MPU, VISA and MasterCard. This new feature has made it as the FIRST telco app that has international credit card and bank payment integration in Myanmar. With the new app version, customers can still use the app and top up their bill even they have run out of balance and credit.

Moreover, Telenor Star customers will be able to check their Star tier status and redeem their rewards and attractive partner benefits right on the app.

MyTelenor app is a useful mobile application for Telenor Myanmar customers which provides easy access with rich experience to the Telenor products, services, offers and many more. MyTelenor App enables the users to do the following things:

  • Check your main balance, your use of data packs and special offers
  • Check your Telenor Star status and benefits
  • Browse and buy the personalized offers and packs from Telenor Myanmar
  • Keep track your usage and balance deductions for specific services including calls, SMS and data, as well as other services, for today and yesterday
  • Top Up any Telenor Myanmar phone number with electronic payment or by using our QR code scanner
  • View your bill details (unbilled amount, total amount due, statement date, credit limit, payment history, and download bills in PDF format)
  • Transfer balance to another Telenor Myanmar phone number
  • Check and register your SIM card
  • Find Telenor Myanmar stores
  • View Telenor Myanmar’s 4G network coverage map
  • Answers for frequently asked questions

MyTelenor App version 3.0 can be downloaded from Google Play Store or App Store with standard data charges. After downloading and logging into MyTelenor App 3.0 for the first time, customers will receive 50MB data free.
