Manager, Solution Delivery, Sales

CAREER OBJECTIVE

To provide guidance to junior members through complicated tasks and perform complex tasks regarding solution delivery management, including business analysis, project management activities, and portfolio management activities for Sales functions, in which involve multiple vendors, technologies, and broad implications, to ensure that all IT and cross-divisional projects are efficiently delivered in common standardized manner, as well as to ensure alignment with project objectives, requirements, and program management scheme

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure understanding of solution delivery procedures and activities plan for Sales functions, in order to understand and provide guidelines, as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with Telenor Group’s overall direction, standards and governance
  • Develop high-level plan and timeline for each project, to ensure that all activities to be implemented are planned out efficiently for the achievement of project objectives
  • Perform high-level dynamic resources allocation for assigned projects, to enhance resources utilization, and maximize effectiveness of cross-divisional project delivery
  • Execute key activities in operation of project plans, as well as undertake appropriate actions to address the issues, in which may occur during project period, in order to ensure agreed deadlines are met according to scope of project, timeline and all the requirements that were agreed upon with Sales functions
  • Perform high-level portfolio management of multiple projects for many clients, which often are well-defined projects or part of projects with low risks, in order to ensure successful delivery of projects according to the desired outcome and objectives
  • Coordinate and negotiate key activities with vendors/partners, to ensure alignment with initial agreement as well as optimal benefit for the company
  • Develop high-level change management plan, and perform operation change management activities, to ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption
  • Perform complex activities in coordinating and working with Sales functions to suffice requests, as well as ensure that appropriate technical requirements are correctly adhered, in order to meet Sales function requirements
  • Interpret complicated business needs stemming from Sales operations, as well as translate them into business and technical requirements, in which may require broad conceptual knowledge and standard analytical techniques, in order to ensure accurate and appropriate translation of customer's requests into business requests, to effectively meet Sales functions business needs
  • Develop key system requirements and specification to get users sign-off, in order to proceed further to business solutions development
  • Deliver key technical feasibility and business analysis to portfolio management team, in order to proceed to the next steps of project development
  • Provide key inputs and participate to support test scenario development and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, in order to ensure that the solutions are developed according to predefined work to meet Sales function’s requirements
  • Support other relevant functions by providing high-level advices and information on business and technical preconditions and processes, to ensure alignment of project delivery with business requirements
  • Serve as the conduit between Sales function and the development team, as well as act as a liaison between the business units, PM teams and supporting teams, in order to ensure that all business requests and business solutions are efficiently communicated and understood among all relevant parties
  • Perform other complex solution delivery management for Sales functions, including managing expenses during project period to ensure transparent and efficient utilization of budget, ensuring assigned projects operation readiness, as well as keeping record of technical documentation to support decision-making, in order to ensure smooth business operations
  • Perform complex activities to track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes of solution delivery for Sales functions, as well as the overall processes of coordination with relevant functions, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to ensure optimization of the operation
  • Perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior members, decide on the methodologies and techniques to be used, identify risks and determine how to approach and complete tasks, in order to support junior members and successfully achieve targets
  • Ensure that one own area of assignments and contributions are appropriate to meet organization needs while pursuing improved performance
  • Identify and respond appropriately to patterned issues regarding corporate communication in order to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in development, consulting or operations of enterprise software application
  • Expertise in sales, commission, point of sale software desirable Telco experience, vendor management experience desirable.
  • Candidate should have strong overall technical background in Mobile Network Technology in most of the areas.
