Manager, Campaign Management (CLM)

CAREER OBJECTIVE

To provide guidance to junior members through complicated tasks in strategic BI project management, including developing and implementing micro segmentation based campaign strategy and plan to business users, in order to pinpoint market opportunities to business users and to support business operations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guidance and ensure quality production of BI campaign development and execution roadmap, including schedule plan, budgeting, dependencies formal project approval, communication plan, risk and mitigation plan, issue escalation plan and quality management plan, to ensure successful project delivery in which is in compliance with specifications and requirements
  • Perform BI technical design and coordinate with relevant parties including Technology Group, in order to develop BI systems and to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Coordinate key activities with BI Business Analyst function in developing, strategizing and monitoring customer life cycle, in order to support business strategy by providing insights, analysis, information and identifying market opportunities
  • Provide guidance to junior members and develop complex micro segmentation based campaigns, which are initiated by and customized from BI analytic reports, in order to drive sales and customer awareness from the function’s insights, analysis and statistical information
  • Ensure quality communication of micro segmentations based campaigns to relevant parties/functions, in order to support campaign/project delivery
  • Ensure management of project expenses to ensure that budget is efficiently and transparently utilized requesting information from Finance Group as required
  • Identify and deal with complicated risks/issues that may occur, in order to deliver the expected outcome of the project and mitigate any threats in quality
  • Ensure planning of incident management and escalation as required by business users to ensure all incidents are solved effectively
  • Collaborate and negotiate key activities with vendors to ensure alignment with initial agreement as well as optimal benefit for the organization
  • Ensure project delivery sign-off, to ensure completion of project within project scope, timeline, and meets requirements as agreed
  • Ensure provision of necessary trainings to users regarding micro segmentation based campaigns, to ensure business users are provided with full benefit from the completion of BI initiatives/projects
  • Perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior members, decide on the methodologies and techniques to be used, identify risks and determine how to approach and complete tasks, in order to support junior members and successfully achieve targets
  • Ensure that one own area of assignments and contributions are appropriate to meet organization needs while pursuing improved performance
  • Identify and respond appropriately to patterned issues regarding corporate communication in order to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational excellence
  • Continuously update oneself with changes in related trend, which affect tools, processes, systems, and frameworks relevant to the role, in order to maintain knowledge levels required to perform complicated tasks
  • Assist senior members in advising or educating management and set objectives and direction, in regards to own area of expertise, in order to support management in decision making processes Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate/Masters in Business Administration , Masters in Statistics/ Mathematics, Masters/ Bachelors in Engineering (non-IT)
  • 6 + years experiences with related field in Myanmar or outside Myanmar
  • Excel and Power point skills is important.
  • Good English speaking skills are a must
