Senior Expert/ Expert, Organization Development Strategist

CAREER OBJECTIVE

To performance strategic and value-added analysis, complicated tasks and complex activities to support the development of strategy, plan, and frameworks regarding organization development. Candidate will be part of the team that assist the management to shape up the HR strategy of the organization including employee engagement, organization design & development, employee performance management and comp & ben.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure understanding of organization development strategy and execution roadmap, in order to understand activities to be carried out, as well as to provide guidelines and guidance to junior members, according to function's policies and frameworks, to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with Telenor Group's overall direction, standards and governance
  • Perform high-level analysis to support the development of strategy, tools, processes, system, and frameworks regarding organization development and manpower to ensure efficiency and effectiveness as well as facilitate People Group to achieve its goals
  • Perform high-level activities in organizational structure design to ensure effective communication and coordination between all functions across the organization for optimum effectiveness in executing corporate strategies
  • Provide guidance on revision and analysis on current tools, processes, system, and frameworks regarding organization development, which may require understanding of requirements, in order to ensure that they efficiently address the current issues, and to facilitate in development of improvement action plan
  • Carry out high-level activities that facilitate implementation of activities planned by the department to ensure smooth execution
  • Facilitate high-level activities to coordinate with relevant parties regarding organization development and human resource management to ensure smoothness of work flows
  • Provide guidance on preparation of strategic documents and reports related to organization development and manpower in order to ensure availability of accurate and relevant information in a timely manner
  • Perform high-level activities for the design and implementation of organization development related work including cross-functional work processes and system development, to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness of the corporation
  • Review organization development activities performance, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to revise organization development strategies and execution roadmap
  • Ensure quality of database maintenance and updates regarding key information on organization development to ensure that accurate, complete, and relevant information is provided in a timely manner
  • Periodically review the overall processes of organization development strategy and execution roadmap development, as well as the overall processes of coordinating guidelines to relevant functions, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to ensure optimization of the operation
  • Provide guidance and perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization
  • Contribute, if needed, to the implementation of small to medium strategic project, in order to support more senior members in the documentation or reporting of performance
  • Collaborate with other departments/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Advise or educate management and set objectives and direction, in regards to own area of expertise, in order to support management in decision making processes
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, IT, Finance, Statistics or MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Experience of research / analysis of data
  • Experience in communicating and presenting findings from analysis to support management decision making
  • Fluent in English both written & verbal, excellent in project management skills
  • Database management and / or consultancy experience preferred.2 + years experiences in
